The Boy Illinois is making big moves. After an appearance on MTV and a Shade45 interview with Sway, dude is gearing up to release the fourth and final installment of his Inhale mixtape series, Inhale, Pt. 4, Horai. To be released in full October 28th, the Chicago MC gives us a trailer for the tape.
