27 year old British songstress VV Brown (you've heard her on Hoodie Allen's Pep Rally joint "Swimming With Sharks") is prepping to release her second album with Capitol Records. To be titled Lollipops & Politics, the singer-songwriter drops the project's first single, which features Philadelphia's own Chiddy of the KWT favorite group Chiddy Bang.
