NFL x Nike Unveil New Uniforms (Video)

Since 2002, Reebok was the sports equipment brand of choice for the NFL, and this always baffled me. With more groundbreaking, more popular options out there like Nike and even Adidas, Reebok always seemed like an odd outfitter for one of the most popular sports leagues in the world. After last season, the NFL announced that Nike would finally be taking Reebok's spot, supplying the NFL with uniforms, gloves, cleats, fan wear, and more.

Needless to say, I and many fans were excited, as we've all seen what Nike can do with college uniforms (cough, cough, Oregon!), and fans have always thought the league could use some added flash. Yesterday, Nike and the NFL unveiled the newly designed and manufactured uniforms for the 2012 season, complete with Nike's famous state of the art technology. While the Seattle Seahawks were the only team who received a total uniform makeover (which looks great, in my opinion), I'm sure the near future will find many teams follow the path of the team who previously rocked the ugliest threads in the game.
