His name is SPEAK! or SPEAKZ if you nasty, "his bangs are luxurious, his dick is like a burmese python, and his flow is outta control." Again this guy is pretty entertaining. His flows are a combination of Odd Future, Vince Staples, and some strange never-before-seen awesome White Hip Hop artist. Whatever, this is a pretty solid freestyle. Enjoy.
As he said he does not know if he is cool enough for Pitchfork or black enough for WorldStar, but I assure you he is talented enough for KWT.

SPEAK! - "Ronaldo" (prod. Syd Tha Kyd) [Video]
Seriously, forget Illuminati, it is Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All that controls most of the world. So this SPEAK! guy (who claims to have ghostwritten for some major players, I will let you decide who) sounds like an angrier white version of Vince Staples (hint they are all pretty good friends), dropping some ridiculously tasty verses on the joint by OF member and one of their exclusive producers Syd tha Kyd (who is incredibly talented in her own light). Speak! Hooked up with Syd for his last mixtape and there he met other OF members like Mike G and really clicked. Groove to this and be on the lookout for this strange yet awesome character in the LA scene.
P.S. I am fairly certain that everyone on the scene is someway or another affiliated or has worked with an OF member. Just found out Tyler and Kanye were pretty good friends. I could not imagine an album between the two of those cats. MIND BLOWN. Anyway enjoy this cat...
