Starting April 18th, MTV News will be profiling the new hip hop artists of Los Angeles in their weeklong series called "The New West." It's no secret that the rappers of the rising West Coast have been killing the game recently, and with these looks they'll be getting thanks to MTV, they will continue to grow.
