Following their impressive "Someone Like You" bootleg, Milk N Cookies have been grinding hard in the studio, prepping tracks, and performing at clubs across the nation. Hitting the web on Christmas day will be the Chicago duo's "Streebo," of which a snippet can be heard in the video below. The track should be a dope Christmas present, and, if you're still free on NYE, head over to Nikki Nightclub and The MID in Chicago to catch the twin DJs/producers live.

We know, we know, not hip hop, but we've told you before...we post good music, and if it's outside of the hip hop genre we could care less. This time the homies and Illinois DJ duo Milk N Cookies shoot us their newest creation in their house remix of Adele's chart-topping single.  I'm not usually big into the whole electro/house/dubstep scene, but I can definitely mess with this. The Chicago bred, twin brother twosome are currently working on an EP that's slated for a release this winter. For their second single of the summer, Chicago/Champaign DJ duo Milk N Cookies link up yet again with Chicago DJ Amada to release "Rock N Roll 2012," a rock inspired house track. Milk N Cookies recently performed at the SummerCamp Music Festival in Chillicothe, IL and are now continuing to DJ at various bars and clubs across Illinois. Milk N Cookies - "Chicago Summer Rapture 2011" Mix

Just in time for the Summer Camp Music Festival right here in Illinois, Chicago DJ duo Milk N Cookies drop a 35 minute mix of sick electro-house music. Entitled "Chicago Summer Rapture 2011," the mix easily surpassed 100 free SoundCloud downloads in one day, so Milk N Cookies opted to give the rest of their fans a free download, which you can snag below. In the meantime, check out these dudes every weekend murdering clubs in the Chicago area while they plan a fall tour and continue to create new, original music.

Milk N' Cookies, a Champaign house/electro/dubstep/hip-hop trio I know from my short lived days at the U of I, recently dropped their new collaboration track with Amada entitled "Perseverance." No download link as of yet, but the official music video is below for your viewing pleasure. Dudes are starting to get pretty big, as they recently opened up for KWT favorite Hoodie Allen on a college mini-tour and can be caught throughout the week throwing down at hotspots and bars across the state of Illinois. Hoodie Allen - "Heaven & Hell" (feat. Milk N' Cookies) [Mini-Tour]

Over the weekend the one and only Hoodie Allen will be going on a college mini-tour, making stops in WashU (StL), U of I (Champaign), and IU (Bloomington, IN). Everyone knows and loves Hoodie for supporting and loving his fans, and he comes through again with amazing ticket deals. $7 per person to enjoy the show, and just $20 per person to catch the show and a meet and greet with Steve Witz. KWT will be in attendance at the Champaign show, and we definitely recommend you do the same.
